The ducts and HVAC components listed below are individual cleaning services, with individual pricing, that you can request at any time and are included in the inspection during an Annual Check-up.

Heating, air-conditioning and ventilation system ducts and components need cleaning roughly once every 1 to 20 years. If it has been years since you have had duct cleaning service done, chance are there is some component or system in your home that would benefit from a professional duct cleaning.

Change Air Filter

This is a DIY job, but we can help by mailing you our recommended and discounted HVAC air filter automatically at the recommended interval; typically every 90 days. Our customers love this, because they don't have store filters and don't have to remember when to change the filter out. When it arrives, it's time.

AC Condenser Coil

It typically takes10+ years before there is enough dirt build-up to justify cleaning condenser coils. A professional cleaning is valuable to prevent damaging the coils, and there is no additional cost for us to inspect them when we are there.

AC Evaporator Coil

A dirty evaporator coil can cause ice to form. When this happens, you will notice your AC running a lot more than usual. When this happens, it's time for a cleaning.

HVAC Blower

Another component that rarely needs cleaning. When we feel it's worth a clean, we can take a look at it together and you can give the go / no go.

HVAC Supply Air Duct Cleaning

These are the ducts that diistribute warm or cool air to your entire home. Keeping these clean will contribute to your air quality.

HVAC Return Air Duct Cleaning

Cleaning return air ducts provides limited value for air quality and even efficiency, unless build up is really bad. But if you have, or a previous owner had pets, and you are concerned with allergies, then this is recommended.

Heating Flue & Fresh air intake Cleaning

If you have a natural gas furnace then you likely have a duct that channels fresh outdoor air for optimal combustion, and will definitely have another duct or flu for venting combustion exhaust, even for the most efficient systems. This may need a cleaning every 20 years, however it is important that is free of debris from pests.
